We're closed for the Christmas & New Year holidays for a few days as shown in red below. However, We know how much of a problem it will be if your oven fails during the holidays.
For this reason, we're offering a very limited emergency service for electric cooking appliances for the dates in red below, including Christmas day.

Any visits booked for these dates will be charged at an additional £85 Christmas surcharge, and cannot be booked via our online booking system.
This will make a standard fixed-price repair in our local area (as shown on our pricing flowchart) the standard £75 combined call-out/labour charge, plus the Christmas surcharge of £85 making it £160 plus parts where needed.
For the dates in red, all visits are undertaken on an emergency basis and charged at £160 for the visit, whether or not you decide to go ahead with a repair or if the appliance is not repairable for reasons such as obsolete parts or the repair being uneconomical to proceed with, etc.
Parts may be required which are unavailable so we cannot guarantee a repair will be completed on the day, however, we carry a wide variety of elements, motors, switches and thermostats on the van so can often fix a faulty oven on the day, although it must be stressed that we cannot guarantee that a repair will be completed on the day as any repair will depend upon the type of fault, and the availability on the day of any necessary parts.
Should parts be unavailable for your repair on the day, these will be ordered as soon as possible for fitting at a later date.
Booking for these dates cannot be made using our online booking system so please TEXT 07936 771341 to contact Ray direct if you need an emergency visit on any of these dates, as incoming phone calls are muted for the Christmas holidays.
The £160 charge is for call-out/labour visit to your property, and will apply whether or not a repair goes ahead after our visit for all dates in red above.
Emergency visits require payment in advance via card or bank transfer.
Normal charges resume for visits booked for commencement from 3rd January 2023.
