EMERGENCY VISITS possible for Christmas day morning for electric oven/cooker/hob repairs.

SURCHARGES APPLY FOR CHRISTMAS DAY EMERGENCY VISITS.
We understand what a disaster it is when a cooker stops working at Christmas! We've broken up for the Christmas holidays now, but remain on standby for emergency cooker repairs where a cooking appliance stops heating and is needed for Christmas day.
Christmas day visits are charged in advance at a higher £40 call-out charge (in our local area.) plus a surcharge of £60. The call-out charge & surcharge for the day will need to be paid online in advance before a visit can occur. The combined £40 call-out charge and surcharge of £60 cover the visit only.
The balance of £69 labour charge would be payable upon completion of the repair, plus the cost of any parts that may be required.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that a repair will be completed on the same day, as any repair will depend upon the type of fault, and the availability of any parts which may be needed on the day, but we carry a large van stock and usually have elements & other basic parts on board for many makes & models.
If it is not possible to repair the appliance on the day due to requiring the ordering of spare parts, the repair will be completed once parts are received at a later date.
Monday 25th Dec - We may be able to attend to your cooker on Christmas day morning. A £60 surcharge applies for this date as well as a £40 call-out charge. Please see details above.

We've been called out on Christmas morning, twice in recent years, (and once after 8pm on Christmas Eve,) In each case, customers had a failed oven element, and we were able to fix it on the spot.
We carry a wide variety of elements, motors, switches and thermostats on the van so can often fix a faulty oven on the day, although it may not be possible to repair the appliance on the day if parts are not available.
Booking for these dates isn't possible using our online booking system so please TEXT 07936 771341 to contact Ray direct if you need an emergency visit on any of the dates in red above and we'll call you back.
Normal charges resume for visits booked for commencement from 3rd January 2024.
